  • Please note: if this is a request for a special water meter reading it can only be requested by the owner or solicitor for the property by emailing info@waidc.govt.nz
  • High water bills can often be the result of a water leak on your property. If you have received a higher than normal bill, please check your property for a leak before submitting your request.
  • If you believe your water bill is inaccurate, you can check your meter and make sure the number on your meter matches the reading number on your bill.
